B-Complex and Energizing Soy Protein meant “no more losing hair like crazy in the shower!” That had been a major problem which went away within about 2 months of being on those 2 products.
You see, stress causes you to deplete the B vitamins in your body and being low on B’s will encourage hair loss! As for how many B-Complex someone needs every day, is completely different for everyone, depending on their individual stress levels. Most people need at least 2-3 a day.
