What comes first….the stress or the sweets?

It’s a vicious cycle no matter which comes first, the stress or the sweets!

Here’s how it works:

You eat a high sugar food, or you get stressed, or you get emotional….causing you to…..

Deplete the existing B vitamins in your body!

And because you’re now deficient in B vitamins……

you become grumpy, emotional, impatient, sad etc. and….

you’ll often crave sweets, soda, carbs, etc.!

So you then eat sweets, soda or carbs, etc., which then….

Depletes the B vitamins in your body even more!

Leading you to feel….

Even more grumpy, emotional, impatient and sad!

Keep up this vicious cycle and this constant depletion of B vitamins can cause you to go from feeling sad to feeling depressed!

(Yes….this vicious cycle happens in both adults and children!)


For an adult or a teen, at the first sign of feeling stressed or going through an emotional upset or….. after you’ve overdone your sweets:

Take 1-2 Shaklee B-Complex (depending the severity of your emotional upset) and wait 15-20 minutes…..You’ll feel amazingly relaxed, calm, happier and the sweet cravings will be drastically reduced!
