Are you asleep by 8:30/9:00 when you finally sit down?

You work all day, then you do what needs to be done in the evening, and just when you’re looking forward to a nice evening with the one you love….you’re just so exhausted that once you sit still, you’re asleep by 9:00? Sound familiar?

That was my life BEFORE Shaklee! And I can’t even blame the kids, because I was doing that even before we had children! I’d sit down for the evening, and within 15 min or so, I’d be asleep on the couch and it was usually only around 9:00. Then my husband would watch his TV shows till about 10:30, wake me up just enough for me to climb into bed and snooze some more! That was a typical evening around our house! And the sad thing was…I was still in my twenties when this started! How sad is THAT?!

When introduced to Shaklee, Vita Lea, their multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, was one of the first 2 products I tried. I decided if I was going to give this multi a fair try, simply for general health reasons, I would be sure and take it religiously!  So, I did…. one with breakfast, one with dinner, EVERY DAY.  After 10 days, my husband looked over at me one evening at about 10:45 and said…”OMG…you’re still awake!” We couldn’t believe it….I hadn’t even noticed how late it was, so I was as shocked as he was! THAT small change in our life, dramatically improved our evenings together (if you know what I mean) 😉 ! There are still those “once in a blue moon” exceptions when things cause you to be extra exhausted by the evening, but the majority of the time, we’re BOTH up till about 11:00 every night and up by 6:30 a.m. feeling refreshed and ready to start our day!
