Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is another one of those things that our society just accepts as being “normal”. Actually the pain, cramps, bloating, and heavy bleeding should not be looked at as “normal”. Rather a cry for help that your body is deficient in a few basic nutrients. I know, because I, too, suffered from PMS symptoms severely for many, many years and just assumed that because so many women experience these horrible symptoms that there must be nothing you can do about it………WRONG!
Insomnia….We’ve all experienced this at one time or another (some people more often than others, sadly), your body is exhausted, you’re ready for bed, but you just lay there thinking about stuff, worried about things and put simply, you just can’t turn off your brain for the night! It’s a horrible feeling, to have your brain racing, especially when 3 hours go by and your still tossing and turning and just not able to fall asleep.
